Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ScheduleFlight ("the Service"), operated by Essinta Labs, Inc. ("Essinta Labs", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ScheduleFlight is flight-school scheduling, dispatch, and currency software. It is provided as an add-on to FBO Director and requires an active FBO Director subscription. Features, pricing, and availability may change as the Service evolves.

2. Accounts and access

Your flight school's administrators control who is invited to the Service, including pilots and instructors who receive their own portal logins. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no attempting to breach security, access data you are not authorized to access, disrupt the Service, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others. Currency and dispatch checks are operational aids and do not replace the pilot in command's and the operator's legal responsibility for airworthiness and regulatory compliance.

4. Billing

ScheduleFlight is billed as an add-on to your FBO Director subscription. Fees, the founding-rate terms, and renewal are as described at sign-up. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the paid period.

5. Your data

Your data remains yours. We process it to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. On termination you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period.

6. Availability and warranty

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but provide it "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Essinta Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
